The crab is a great device, unlike anything else in the sky. The Maxi version has a reputation for ferocious pull, and is almost always seen at the bottom of a stack, almost as a ground bouncer. However the smaller sizes are great both on the ground and high in the air. The Crab is designed only to be used with a Pilot kite, to help point the claws in the right direction.
